• Job and service data: Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and details about electrical work requested, inspected, or performed.
• Photos and evidence: Images uploaded during job investigation and service execution, including photos captured via QR code links.
• Communications: SMS messages and emails sent through the platform to customers (estimates, notifications).
• Usage data: Server logs, timestamps, and AI interaction records used to improve service quality and debug issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the LE Platform and related services.
• Generate AI-assisted investigation steps, solution briefs, and estimates.
• Send transactional messages (estimates, job notifications) to customers on behalf of contractors.
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI systems.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform (cloud hosting, AI processing, SMS delivery, email delivery). These providers process data solely on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Within your organization: Job data is shared among members of the same contractor organization as necessary to perform and supervise work.
• With customers: Estimates, job details, and findings reports are shared with the customer associated with a job, as directed by the contractor.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

4. Third-Party Services

The platform uses the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

• Anthropic (Claude): AI reasoning for investigation steps, reactions, and solution briefs. Prompts contain job details and findings; Anthropic does not use this data to train models.
• Twilio: SMS delivery for customer notifications and estimates.
• Resend: Email delivery for customer notifications and estimates.
• AssemblyAI: Real-time audio transcription for live call features.

5. Data Retention

We retain job data, investigation findings, and service records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Temporary tokens (estimate links, QR capture links) expire automatically after 48 hours.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
